Official Nintendo Magazine 100 Greatest Nintendo Games Ever Book SKU 1534

Original Official Nintendo Magazine promotional booklet celebrating the 100 Greatest Nintendo Games Ever, issued as an exclusive Nintendo/Future publication.

The front states “100 Greatest Nintendo Games Ever! – Poster Book” and confirms that it contains eight designs showcasing some of the greatest Nintendo games ever, exclusive to ONM UK / Official Nintendo Magazine.

Date: No publication month/year is clearly printed or visible on the supplied booklet images, so I would not invent a date for the listing.

This is a particularly strong Nintendo collector's item because the booklet brings together artwork from several major Nintendo franchises and generations, rather than focusing on a single game.

INCLUDED POSTER ARTWORK

The photographs clearly show that the booklet contains eight Nintendo game poster designs. The back cover provides thumbnail previews, while one of the internal spreads has also been photographed.

Featured artwork includes:

• The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time – large scenic Hyrule artwork with the classic Ocarina of Time logo, landscape and Nintendo branding.
• Mario Kart Wii – racing artwork showing Mario and other characters competing on track.
• Super Mario Galaxy 2 – colourful Mario and Yoshi themed artwork.
• The Legend of Zelda artwork featuring Link and other Zelda-series imagery.
• Super Smash Bros. Brawl – ensemble artwork featuring a selection of Nintendo characters.
• Pokémon – dramatic black-and-white themed Pokémon artwork.
• Super Mario – classic flying Mario artwork.
• Additional Zelda-themed artwork amongst the eight designs.

The photographed internal spread particularly shows a full Zelda: Ocarina of Time image opposite a colourful Mario Kart Wii racing scene.

The booklet is marked “Eight all-time great Nintendo games in poster form – Exclusive to Official Nintendo Magazine.”

An excellent piece for collectors of Official Nintendo Magazine, Nintendo promotional material, Mario, Zelda, Pokémon, Super Smash Bros., Mario Kart and vintage gaming memorabilia.
