Condition

Condition has been assessed from all four supplied photographs, including the front cover, interior contents pages and the exterior spine/back view.

This is a used vintage copy showing noticeable age-related handling and storage wear.

The most obvious condition issue is at the bottom-left spine corner, where there is significant rubbing, fraying, whitening and paper loss. The lower spine end appears visibly worn and slightly crushed.

The spine itself shows repeated stress marks, rubbing and small areas of whitening, particularly toward the lower section. The side-view photograph confirms wear along the spine, although the magazine still appears to remain bound together.

There is light edge wear around the front cover, with small areas of rubbing and whitening along the top and side edges.

The bottom edge shows visible handling wear, including rubbing and some slight bending. The bottom-right corner is also lightly worn.

There are minor handling creases and surface marks across the front cover. Some light scuffing is visible across the blue background, although the main photograph and cover text remain clear.

The cover retains strong colour overall, with the yellow masthead, blue background and Donna Air cover image still presenting well.

The interior pages shown appear clean, bright and readable, with good colour and print quality. There is normal curvature where the magazine has been opened for photography, but no obvious large tears, staining or detached pages are visible in the photographed interior sections.

The rear/spine photograph shows the magazine retaining a reasonably flat overall form, although the lower spine wear is clearly visible.

No obvious handwriting is visible in the supplied photographs.

Overall, this is a presentable but clearly used October 1998 issue, with the main condition concerns being bottom-left corner damage, spine rubbing, edge wear and general handling marks.
