Original Maxim Magazine Hot 100 2010 special issue, devoted to Maxim’s annual ranking of 100 prominent actresses, models, singers and television personalities.

The front cover is a very distinctive collector-style design with a black background and large “HOT 100” lettering rendered in flames. Above it is the wording “The Definitive List of the World’s Most Beautiful Women”, with MAXIM 2010 printed near the bottom. Unlike a standard Maxim celebrity cover, this issue uses graphic artwork rather than a single cover model, making it immediately recognisable as the dedicated Hot 100 edition.

The supplied interior images confirm that this is the full 2010 Hot 100 countdown, with Katy Perry ranked No. 1, followed by Brooklyn Decker No. 2, Zoe Saldana No. 3, Blake Lively No. 4, Megan Fox No. 5, Rihanna No. 6, Elisabetta Canalis No. 7, Olivia Munn No. 8, Kim Kardashian No. 9 and Marisa Miller No. 10. Contemporary reporting confirms Katy Perry headed Maxim’s 2010 ranking.

The photographs show a particularly strong run of recognised names throughout the issue. This is a very image-heavy publication rather than simply a text list, with large professional studio photographs, short accompanying write-ups and the numbered ranking integrated throughout. It captures a broad cross-section of late-2000s/early-2010s film, television, music, modelling and pop-culture personalities in one annual special.

CONDITION

Pre-owned / used condition with clear cosmetic wear.

The black front cover shows noticeable surface rubbing, scuffing and fine scratches, which stand out against the dark background. There are also handling marks and general shelf/storage wear across the cover.

The left/spine edge shows rubbing and small areas of wear, with several light nicks visible. The corners show some bumping and minor curling, particularly around the lower edge. The top edge is slightly uneven/wavy rather than perfectly flat.

Internally, the photographed pages appear complete, securely bound and readable, with good colour and strong photographic reproduction. There is some natural page waviness and curvature from previous storage/use, plus occasional minor edge and corner wear.

The spine remains intact in the supplied photographs, although the issue has clearly been read and handled. No major detached pages or large tears are visible in the supplied images.

Overall this is a good used collector’s copy, but definitely not mint due to the visible cover rubbing, scratches, edge wear and general handling marks. Please use all supplied photographs as part of the condition description.
