This is Loaded Issue 121, May 2004, released as part of Loaded’s 10th birthday / “We Are 10!” celebration issue. The front cover is a busy anniversary montage with multiple Loaded-style celebrity/model images and comedy/pop-culture references, with the main cover text “We Are 10! Birthday Party Bonanza!”

Inside, the contents pages confirm the main model features include:

Kate Lawler – listed on page 110, with a feature titled around her “Hubba bubba” shoot.
Michelle and Lucy – listed on page 66, shown as part of the 10th birthday celebrations.
Tazmin Proctor – listed on page 44.
Monica Jakisic – listed on page 24.

No separate poster is clearly shown in the photos. There is a large Davidoff Cool Water advert shown across a spread, but I cannot confirm it is a removable poster from the images.

Condition:

Used magazine condition. The front cover shows visible handling wear, creasing, surface marks and edge/corner wear. Spine has rubbing and wear from age/storage. Interior pages are present in the photos and appear readable, with general handling marks, light page bends and age-related wear. Back cover has surface wear, edge wear and some marks. Overall a used vintage magazine with signs of handling, so please check all photos carefully as they form part of the condition description.
